My coaching engagements start with a 6-session minimum, with the option to extend in increments of 1 month. We meet biweekly unless the client requests a different schedule. My fees include our live sessions, the proprietary Energy Leadership Index Assessment TM and 90-minute debrief, and asynchronous “basecamp” support throughout the engagement.
